Relational Trauma Therapy
Many of us carry deep wounds from early relationships that shape how we connect, trust, and feel safe with others. When our emotional needs weren't met consistently, through neglect, emotional unavailability, criticism, or chaos, we may have learned to protect ourselves by disconnecting, people-pleasing, or feeling constantly on edge in relationships.
Trauma lives in the body, and we will work to get you out of survival patterns and into feeling more secure, grounded, and connected to yourself and with others.
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced relational or attachment trauma and want to understand and heal the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Together, we explore how early experiences influence your relationships, self- worth, and ability to emotionally regulate.
